Our marketing services are charged by monthly retainer fee. This establishes an ongoing working relationship, and resource allocation to ensure priority access to the services provided.
It is a rolling agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with a minimum of 60 days’ notice.
Billing for our services is structured to be paid one month in advance.
A one-time set-up fee is required to cover the initial strategy, planning, learning of your industry, and your business' marketing goals.

We ensure deadlines are met through agreed communications turnaround expectations. An email response time of 48 hours (excluding weekends) from both parties is required for timely delivery of the services.
